Psychology-Led Burnout Prevention &

Psychological Safety for Organizations

The Anchored Workplace partners with organizations to create sustainable, psychologically safe work environments—without performative well-being or quick fixes.

How We Support Organizations

We partner with organizations to address burnout and psychological safety through thoughtful, psychology-informed engagement formats.

  • Interactive sessions that help teams and leaders understand burnout risk, psychological safety, and the conditions that support sustainable performance.

  • Practical, psychology-informed training to support leaders in recognizing burnout risk, responding effectively under pressure, and strengthening team psychological safety.

  • Structured conversations that create space for honest dialogue about stress, leadership responsibility, and work culture in high-demand environments.

  • System-level assessment and risk identification to understand organizational contributors to burnout and inform targeted, sustainable interventions.

  • Consultative support to help organizations strengthen relational safety, trust, and clarity across teams and leadership structures.

About

The Anchored Workplace was founded by doctorate-trained clinician, Jillian Lynum, PsyD. She brings over a decade of experience working in high-demand environments, including community mental health, medical and psychiatric hospitals, and correctional settings.

This work has provided a deep understanding of how chronic stress, systemic demands, and leadership practices impact mental health, performance, and retention.

Today, that clinical foundation informs a psychology-led approach to burnout prevention and psychological safety within organizations—focused on addressing root causes and supporting sustainable performance.
